General Description:

Volextra's ^® extrusion coating adds a wide range of aesthetic and performance qualities to the superior properties of Volara's ^® crosslinked, closed-cell polyolefin foam. In the Volextra's ^® process, thickness, color, and texture are tightly controlled to adapt its properties to a customers specific needs.

Volextra's ^® can be manufactured with most Volara ^® grades from 1/32" to 1/4" thickness; composites requiring greater thickness or mixed densities can be obtained by lamination. Volextra's ^® is a clean material that is nontoxic, and contains no CFC, HCFC, or hydrocarbon blowing agents. Like Volara ^®, it is available in roll or sheet form.
